You may place your order on this site or telephone us or fax us or U.S. Mail. Orders are shipped FedEx Ground.

RETURNS

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving merchandise for all product returns and defective items. A Return Authorization Number must be issued before merchandise can be returned. Returns without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. Returns will be credited upon approval of merchandise in new, sellable condition. Returns of merchandise other than defective will incur a 20% restocking fee ($5.00 minimum)

SHIPPING REFUSALS

An order placed and shipped from our business at your request is considered your responsibility as soon as it leaves our business. Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of a item which you ordered from us and which has already been processed and shipped, credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping charges and minus a 20% restocking fee.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

Report any damage to Myers-Mansfield within 24 hours of delivery. In all cases, save all of the packaging and packing materials.
